Africana Studies Minor

A minor in Africana Studies will provide you a broad multi-cultural background. Through our program you will learn about both African and U.S. history, the inequalities of diverse populations in our society, African diaspora, and contemporary issues and perspectives.
This minor is an excellent complement to a variety of majors, including history, education, community health, nursing, criminal justice, medical studies, political science and psychology.
