Anastasia Davis

Anastasia Davis joined Lenoir-Rhyne as director of residence life and student conduct in July 2025. She brings more than seven years of progressive experience in residential life and student conduct, with a background spanning public and private universities across the Southeast and Midwest. Known for her student-centered and collaborative approach, she has held leadership roles at institutions including the University of the South, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Morehead State University and Old Dominion University.
Throughout her career, Davis has led and supported diverse teams of professional and student staff, strengthened residential curriculum design, enhanced special interest and themed housing initiatives and improved operational processes through assessment and strategic planning. She has adjudicated hundreds of student conduct cases and served on CARE teams supporting student well-being and crisis response.
Passionate about holistic student development, Davis is committed to fostering inclusive communities where students feel supported and empowered to grow. She has advised residence hall associations, launched staff training programs and built cross-campus partnerships to ensure students have the resources they need to succeed both academically and personally.
At Lenoir-Rhyne, Davis is excited to contribute to a residential experience grounded in relationship-building, learning and belonging. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new local coffee shops and spending time with her two energetic dogs.
